About

With over 20 coaching qualifications, including a BSc in Strength and Conditioning, Alex has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals. Over the years, he has trained more than 2,000 people, including soldiers, officers, cadets, and athletes in disciplines like CrossFit, British Army Warrior Fitness (BAWF), weightlifting, and more recently, Hyrox. Whether he's helping beginners take their first steps or guiding experienced athletes toward competing at higher levels, Alex's goal has always been to support and enhance the progress of those he trains.

Alex has also competed as an athlete in several high-level CrossFit competitions, including the CrossFit Regionals, and has recently won the title of 'Fittest Man in the Army' for the third consecutive year. He's achieved this while working full-time as a Warrant Officer in the British Army and raising two young children. Alex lives a typical working life and understands the challenges people face in their own fitness journeys. But with the right programming, some dedication and strong effort, progress is possible.

About Rx

At Rx Athletes, our mission is simple: to help athletes get stronger, fitter, and faster. If we’re not achieving that, we see it as a failure.

As we approach our 7th year since launching, a lot has changed in the CrossFit and functional fitness world. Athletes have become significantly better, as is natural in any sport. In response to this growth, we’ve continuously adapted and improved how we design and deliver our training programs. We believe that smart coaching and programming must constantly evolve, and that’s what sets our programs apart from the rest. We’re confident that anyone who fully commits to our programs will see noticeable improvements and move closer to their goals.
